Regarding paid seating for the 48th Adachi Fireworks Festival

Paid seating will be available again from 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 2nd.

We are reselling paid viewing seats for the "48th Adachi Fireworks Festival," which will be held on Saturday, May 30th, from 7:20 PM to 8:20 PM.

Notes on resale

During the resale period, tickets can only be purchased through the CN Playguide website (credit card payment/barcode payment) and at FamilyMart stores nationwide (multi-copy machines).
CN Playguide's website does not offer in-store payment at convenience stores or telephone purchases.

Please note that even after the message "sold out" appears, if there are any reservations that were not completed, you may be able to purchase them again.

 

How to buy

There are two options: a website and convenience stores.

Purchase Method 1: QR Code Search

Regarding ticket issuance

The ticket issuance date and other details vary depending on the purchase method.

1. If you purchased through the CN Playguide website

After payment is complete, paid viewing seats can be issued from 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 2nd.
Please pick up your ticket at the convenience store you selected at the time of purchase (FamilyMart or Seven-Eleven).

If you choose postal delivery, we will begin mailing your items sequentially from Friday, May 8th.

2. When purchased at FamilyMart (multi-function copier)

Please pay at the register using the application slip (receipt) printed after the procedure, within the payment deadline. The ticket will be issued on the spot.

3. If you purchase by phone through CN Playguide

Please present your reservation number at the cashier of your chosen convenience store (FamilyMart or Seven-Eleven) and make your payment within the payment deadline. Your ticket will be issued on the spot.

Official Resale

You can use the official resale service to list and apply for paid viewing seats.

The submission period is from 1:00 PM on Sunday, May 3rd to 11:59 AM on Monday, May 25th.

Reselling outside of the official resale site is prohibited.

The "Act on Prohibition of Illegal Resale of Tickets" came into effect on June 14, 2019, prohibiting the illegal resale of tickets and the acquisition of tickets for that purpose. Violators will be subject to imprisonment for up to one year, a fine of up to 1 million yen, or both.

If we find that tickets have been resold at an unfair price through internet auctions or trading sites, or acquired with the intention of reselling them illegally, we may take measures to invalidate those tickets.

 

Points to note when purchasing paid seat tickets

1. In addition to the amounts shown in the table, various fees and charges will apply.

2. There is a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.

3. The location of your seat (area) cannot be selected by the purchaser.

4. Preschool children are admitted free of charge only if they sit on their parent's lap.
However, if a seat is used, even preschool children will need a ticket.

5. Please use camera tripods and similar equipment only within your own personal space, and keep them at eye level when seated.

6. If you engage in dangerous behavior or behavior that disturbs others, or if you do not follow the instructions of staff members, you may be asked to leave the premises.

7. Please check the route to the venue in advance. Please note that crossing to the other side of the river by bridge will take a considerable amount of time.

8. The venue will become very crowded as the launch time approaches. Please arrive early.

9. In case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. (No postponement)

10. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation (excluding some fees, etc.).

11. If the fireworks display is canceled after it has started, no refunds will be given.

12. No refunds will be given for any reason except in the case of cancellation.
