Arakawa Riverbed (between Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Bridge and Nishiarai Bridge)
The launch site is Senju side

Number of launches

Approximately 13,000 rounds
*Enjoy the "high density fireworks" that are a feature of the "Adachi Fireworks", with approximately 13,000 shots launched per hour.

Regarding continuation of the event in May

Unfortunately, the event was cancelled in 2025 due to strong winds on the day, but as there has been no significant change in the weather conditions listed below, which are the reasons for choosing to hold the event in May, we have decided to continue holding it in May.

(1) There is no high risk of heatstroke
(2) There is a low risk of cancellation due to sudden heavy rain, lightning, or typhoons.
(3) From October onwards, due to the influence of northerly winds, fireworks embers and other debris will fall on the Senju area, causing a significant impact on residents.

Cancellation criteria due to weather

In the event of bad weather, the launch will be canceled. However, in the event of normal rain, the launch is scheduled to take place.

What is stormy weather?

1. Wind speeds of 7 m/s or more continue for more than 10 minutes.
2 Heavy rain warning and flood warning are issued.
3 There is a possibility of lightning strike or lightning strike near the firework launch site.
*Even if no heavy rain or flood warning has been issued, the event will be canceled if danger is expected.

Request to those planning to view the Adachi fireworks

安全に花火を楽しむためにご協力をお願いします。３０日の花火当日は、やや風が強い予報がありますので、場所取りの際はシートなどが飛ばされない様ご注意ください。
また、土手の上の通路には安全確保のためオレンジネットが設置されています。通路での立ち止まっての観覧や撮影、場所取りや私物を置くことはできません。事故防止のためご理解ください。
オレンジネットの杭に、無料エリアか有料エリアか掲示していますので、オレンジネットは跨がずに、一度河川敷の道路に降りてから入退場していただくようお願いします。

We recommend using Nishiarai Station.

The road between Kita-Senju Station and the venue on the Senju side will be particularly congested.
Please consider viewing from the Nishiarai side.

Visitors arriving by public transport or on foot

Please refrain from coming by bicycle whenever possible.
You cannot ride a bicycle within the traffic regulations. Please get off and push your bicycle.
In addition to driving a car, drunk driving is also a traffic violation when driving a bicycle.
Please note that at the Nishiarai side of the venue, you will not be allowed to enter the riverbed, even if you are pushing your bicycle by hand.

Admission restrictions

Roads to the venue will be very congested and travel times will be longer than usual.
Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
In addition, admission will be restricted once the venue is filled to capacity.
After the restrictions are put into place, please follow the instructions of the police and security guards.Move upstream of Nishiarai Bridgeplease.
*Entry to the upstream side of Nishiarai Bridge is possible even before restrictions are imposed

Dispersed exit

Please help reduce congestion by remaining in the venue for about 30 minutes after the launch.

Prohibited matter

1. Reserve your spot the day before (※1)
2. Damaging riverbanks or embankments with stakes or spray paint (※1)
3. Leaving weights used to reserve a spot
4. Bringing, operating or flying small unmanned aircraft (drones, etc.) into the venue or its surrounding areas without permission
5. The act of climbing over the orange net installed at the venue.
6. Loud noises or behaviors that disturb others
7. Illegal dumping of waste (*2)
8. Unauthorized entry into someone else's apartment building or property.

If you live in a restricted area and drive a car,

Please obtain a "pass permit" from the local police station or police box in the area you wish to use.
A driver's license, vehicle registration certificate, etc. (copies are acceptable) are required.
