あだち区民まつり「Ａ－Ｆｅｓｔａ２０２３」のステージ出演・リバーサイドバザー出店について下記のとおり募集します。

■開催日

Saturday 7 October and Sunday 8 October 2023

A place

Arakawa Riverbed (Rainbow Square)

■申込期限（共通）

Must reach us by Wednesday 2 August

１　ステージ出演について

Date and time

・October 7th (Sat) 11:30am to 4:00pm

・October 8th (Sun) 10:00am to 4:00pm

Target:

Amateur group in the city

歌やダンスなど（出演時間は約15分）

Capacity

About 15 groups (by lot if there are many applicants)

Cost

１団体2,000円（税込）

How to apply

Please write "Adachi Citizens Festival Stage", organization name, representative's address and name (furigana), phone number, number of participants, performance details, desired date of performance on a postcard and send it to Adachi City Tourism and Exchange Association

※両日通じて１団体１回のみのお申込み・出演となります。

２　リバーサイドバザー出店について

Date and time

・October 7th (Sat) 11:00am to 4:00pm

・October 8th (Sun) 10:00am to 4:00pm

Target:

Group consisting of people living in the city / working in the city / attending school in the city

Store space

テント１区画（幅2.7ｍ～奥行3.6ｍ）

Fixed number

About 15 groups (by lot if there are many applicants)

Cost

１団体35,000円（税込）

How to apply

Please submit Adachi Citizens Festival "A-Festa 2023" store opening application and oath, employee list to Adachi City Tourism and Exchange Association by mail, fax, email or in person.

※応募要領の記載事項についてよく理解した上で、お申込みをお願いします。

※飲食物の調理加工があり、給排水設備の申込みを希望する場合は別途16,500円（税込）が必要となります。

* Application guidelines, store opening application and oath, and employee list are distributed by Adachi City Tourism and Exchange Association, and can also be downloaded from the following (distribution period: Monday 10 July 2023 until Wednesday 2 August 2023).
