About the Festival of Lights 2026

■ Date

From November 28th (Sat) to December 25th (Fri), 2026

* Takenotsuka Station East Exit and Takenotsuka Keyaki Avenue will be closed until January 11th, 2027 (Monday/National Holiday).

■Lighting time

From 5 PM to 9 PM

* Takenotsuka Station East Exit and Takenotsuka Keyaki Avenue are open until 10 PM.

■Main venue

Motofuchie Park (2-17-1 Hokima, Adachi-ku)

 

 

Recruitment of food truck vendors

Opening Dates

[Sparkling Market]

November 28th (Sat) and November 29th (Sun), 2026, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

[Warm tents and food trucks]

Every Saturday and Sunday from December 5th to 20th, and also on the 24th (Thursday) and 25th (Friday), from 17:00 to 20:30.

 

Store opening conditions

（１）You must reside in the ward or have a business located within the ward.

（２）You must have a food truck operating license (valid throughout Tokyo).

（３）Use eco-friendly containers when serving prepared foods.

※Please specify the material of the eco-friendly containers you will be using in the "Eco-friendly Containers" section of the application form.Please apply after completing the following steps.

 

Number of recruitment

Sparkling Market → Approximately 6 groups each day

Warm tents and food trucks → Approximately 5 groups each day

*If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held for each day of the event (results will be sent out in early October).

 

Application limit number of days

Each organization can apply for up to 7 days' worth of applications.

※Once the results of the selection process have been announced, it is generally not possible to apply for additional dates or cancel your application for the event.

※Organizations that have been selected are requested to attend the pre-briefing session.

(Scheduled to be held in mid-October; details will be provided in the acceptance/rejection notification.)

 

Cost

Kirakira☆Market → 16,500 yen per day (tax included)

A warm tent and food truck are available for 11,000 yen per day (tax included).
