[Regaro Carbonara 1,350 yen] The sauce covered the chewy noodles well is a creamy and flavorful taste with the salty taste of pancetta. Lunch is 1,080 yen with a mini salad and drink.

The Italian restaurant opened in March 2017 near Kita-Senju Station. They offer special dishes which are made in a lot of time and effort such as "Pork stewed in milk" which stewed carefully without boiling for 3 hours. Coffees and wines are prepared by the owner who used to be a barista, "Today's Dolce" is also popular. Like the Italian bars that can be used day and night, the concept is "from coffee to wine", and it is gaining popularity regardless of lunch and dinner.
