[Special Shaved Ice with Lemon Rare Cheese 1,500 yen] You can enjoy the sweet and relaxing taste of rare cheese sauce and cheese cream with the right amount of sourness of bitter and fresh lemon. There is a pie crust in the ice and a raspberry jelly on the bottom, so you can enjoy the change in taste and texture, making it a perfect shaved ice. This is a summer-only menu from July to September (planned), so please take this opportunity to enjoy it. 
[Simple shaved ice Matcha 650 yen] The fluffy shaved ice wrapped in matcha sauce and powder is a little less sweet and voluminous. You can enjoy it all year round with the classic shaved ice. 
[Pistachio chocolate 1,350 yen] Popular shaved ice with a high repeat rate. Pistachio nuts and sauces, high quality chocolate with high cacao ingredients are used abundantly. The sweet and rich taste is like eating luxurious sweets. 
The name of the shop comes from the intersection (Tsuji) of the Kyu-Nikko Kaido and the Mito Kaido. The adjacent "Washoku Itagaki" is an affiliated restaurant that uses a tasteful wooden house. 
Simple and modern interior. It's better to prepare a parasol in the summer as it will line up outside when it's crowded.
