【あだちベジタベランチ 小鉢付 570円】 野菜120g以上、エネルギー600kcal以下のヘルシーランチ。 1日に必要とされる野菜量350gの3分の1以上が食べられる。 本日は鶏肉の青ジソマリネとサラダ、小鉢はモヤシとあだち菜のおひたし、ご飯は雑穀米。 ご飯はバランスランチ、弁当、TFT（※）、週替り丼などでも、白米から雑穀米に変更OK(無料)。 各種麺類のほか小鉢120円～、味噌汁50円など単品メニューも充実。 ※TABLE FOR TWO…食の不均衡を解消し、開発途上国と先進国双方の人々の健康を同時に改善する活動に基づく寄付プログラムのヘルシーメニュー 
【満菜カレー 440円】 銀色の皿で供される見た目も懐かしい一品。 ジャガイモやニンジン、玉ネギなど大きな具材がゴロゴロ入って食べ応え満点。 ほかに秋冬の牡蠣フライなど、季節メニューもおすすめ。
