Tokyo Hana Sansho® (Tokyo Hana Sansho Circle R)

Tokyo Hana Sansho® opened along Otakebashi Street and moved to its current location in August 2024 after operating in Nakameguro. The restaurant's two signature dishes are dandan noodles and spicy ramen, with the dandan noodles served in the morning and the spicy noodles served at lunchtime and on weekend nights.

The spicy noodles are an original dish, and as you eat, starting with the olive oil at the front, the spiciness gradually emerges as it mixes with the chili oil at the back. "There's a sour taste hidden in the background, so try to find it as you eat," says owner Ikeda. Meanwhile, the tantan noodles are full of discoveries, with a pleasant aroma of Japanese pepper, a sesame flavor, the richness of miso, the umami of minced duck, and a hint of mustard, some of which you only notice when you're told about them. Both dishes are memorable, embodying the restaurant's concept of "a bowl full of movement." Not only can you discover flavors you've never tried before, but you can also enjoy tasting them with a sharpened palate.
