You can see the brewery from outside. It moved to its current location in 2020, and the old store is now operating as "Sakazuki Lab."
This brewery pub offers original craft beer and food brewed at the attached brewery. Since its much talked about opening in 2016, it has been a popular craft beer spot. The owner and brewmaster, Naoko Kanayama, is a professional with a career in brewing research and development at a major beer company. The beer list, which has more than 10 types at all times, has easy-to-understand graphs showing the flavor trends and color. It also lists whether the beer is suitable for your first drink, whether it is suitable with a meal, and what kind of food it goes well with, so even first-timers can feel at ease. The food, which focuses on charcoal grilling, is diverse and includes a wide variety of dishes, from sausages and other meat dishes to grilled salads, to match the rich flavors of craft beer. There are also special sets for one person only and a standing bar, so please feel free to visit!
