Ingredients that are likely to overflow from the pot condense tightly with the taste when ignited. Tighten with Chinese noodles or porridge. You can order from 1 serving. 
[Pig Harami and Pork White Offal 450 yen each] Morning-squeezed pork hormone purchased directly from Ibaraki. It's also fun to bake it carefully on a shichirin and wait. Both are reasonably priced, so try various parts.
