A chef with a gorgeous career who has become the best in Japan in numerous competitions such as the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award. We are particular about carefully selecting ingredients such as Hokkaido cream and butter without using vegetable cream or margarine. It's rich and creamy, but if you don't get tired of eating it, there are many regular customers. During Christmas, "Wa (Nagomi)" and "Tart phrase" will be Christmas specifications.
