Cafe Allende & Currysha

Located on the side of the approach to Toneri Hikawa Shrine, this shop opened in 2020. It originally started as a coffee shop and later added curry to the menu.

"A friend of mine taught himself how to make curry and perfected the taste after visiting many different restaurants," says owner Setsya Kakinuma. The "Chicken 2 Spicy" is an Osaka-style spice curry made with bonito broth and has a delicious flavor that goes well with the spices.

Another specialty is the Cuban sandwich, which was invented when the restaurant first opened. It is an adaptation of a flavor that Kakinuma had while traveling, and is popular with families with children who don't like spicy food and can't eat curry.

The homemade desserts are also popular. If you add a salad, cake, and drink to the luxurious three-item set for 880 yen, you'll have a very satisfying lunch or cafe time.
