Kadono-Meshiya (Kadonomeshiya)

Did you know that Adachi Market, one of the kitchens that supply food in Tokyo, has several restaurants that open early in the morning for the people who work there?

At this restaurant, which celebrates the taste of nostalgia, you can enjoy ramen as well as fresh seafood dishes unique to the market.

It seems that there are many regular customers who want "Hachinohe Ramen" not only for those in the market but also for general customers.

[Hachinohe ramen and mini bowl set 1,100 yen (single ramen 600 yen)]

With orthodox ingredients and thin curly noodles, it looks like an ordinary soy sauce ramen, but what is worth mentioning is the gentle taste of the soup that gradually spreads the richness. The Japanese taste that uses plenty of dried sardines makes you feel nostalgic.

If you want to enjoy luxury, we recommend the mini tempura set (1,400 yen) that you can choose from 3 types: tuna, negitoro, and tuna yukhoe.

[Superior grilled salted mackerel set meal 1,100 yen]

The superior grilled salted mackerel set meal is a special set meal of the shop where you can taste the best salted mackerel from Yaizu.

The salted mackerel is desalted for a day and left to stand for another two days before being grilled. It brings out more umami flavor that is irresistible for fish lovers. Please try special taste for a limited number.

The owner, Hideyuki Shigeta, is from the boundary between Aomori and Iwate, south of Hachinohe City in Aomori Prefecture. His previous job was an auctioneer at a seafood market. The experience of working in the market, which requires discerning eyes and negotiating skills, is reflected in the quality and taste of the ingredients.

A bowl of ramen and a variety of seafood dishes are filled with the owner's love for the local area. Once you taste it, you should be able to convince yourself that it is a thriving shop.

It is a group shop of famous shops in various parts of the Kanto region that boasts a history from before the war.

Mr. Norio Kayamoto, the owner of the Kita-Senju shop, is from Okinawa. From the age of 18, he trained under the president of the Sohonten Group's Chinrai Yatsuka shop, Mr. Tanaka, and became independent at the age of 26. It is said that 35 years have passed since the opening.

Although the shop is located in Gakuen-dori, a shopping street in front of Kita-Senju Station's east exit where it competes fiercely with rival shops, it is a long-established shop, and it can be seen that it continues to be loved by the locals.

[Special miso char siu noodles 1,100 yen]

[Gomoku Ramen ¥900, Homemade Gyoza ¥400]

For those who want a light and salty taste, we recommend the Gomoku Ramen. The colorful ingredients are full of vegetables. The secret to the flavorful salty soup is the salt from Okinawa, where the owner is from.

"Homemade gyoza" is a popular takeout item at the shop. All gyoza fillings are prepared in the shop, so the skin is crispy, the inside is crunchy, and the gyoza is very juicy.

"Three pieces of gyoza (280 yen)" is also popular, responding to the request of "I want to eat just a little bit".

Mr. Tomohiro Tanji, a veteran shop manager who continues to provide reliable taste. Chinrai's group shop makes the most of the owner's uniqueness, and there are many items that can only be tasted here.
