A luxurious assortment of popular fried foods. The set meal includes rice, miso soup, pickles, and grated radish.
The fried prawn using wild prawn caught from the Caribbean Sea is very special.
You can enjoy its appearance and elegant taste. Not only the sauce but also rice and miso are carefully selected.
There are many set meals such as the best fillet cutlet 2,000 yen, better loin cutlet 1,700 yen, and good loin cutlet 1,100 yen.

Perfect filling! The original pork cutlet pursuing ingredients and taste

It has been 46 years since Mr. Shozo Kawamura who used to be a bank clerk, opened a pork cutlet shop after working at a butcher shop.
He doesn't like to follow someone, so his original pork cutlet was finally made by trial and error. 
The breading is crispy, and the meat is fresh and tender. Perfect balance.
He also thoroughly focuses on materials other than pork, such as natural shrimp and winter-only oysters.
“I want you to eat delicious food. That's all,” said Kawamura.
You can see his confidence and pride when hearing a strong voice for an 85-year-old man.
[Fried oyster set meal 1,900 yen, single item 1,750 yen]
Uses Hiroshima Jigozen brand oysters, which are characterized by their exceptionally large size and rich sweetness.
These oysters are specially cultivated at the shop's exclusive oyster shelf for Tonkita.
Only in winter (December-February), and if you're lucky, early March.
Many fans are waiting for this season.
The owner, Shozo Kawamura, who uses special lard to maximize the flavor of the ingredients, including pork.
He works very hard because he loves cutlets. 
But he is friendly and talkative too. 
The shop is spacious and clean.
They offer only fried menus, but there is no oily smell.

Tonkatsu Kitahara

[Tonkatsu set meal 900 yen]
They bought the bread and left them to stand for 1-2 days and then crush them with a mixer to make original bread crumbs. 
The set meal includes rice, miso soup, and pickles. There are various other set meals such as fillet cutlet 1,000 yen, mixed cutlet (3 fillets, 1 shrimp), special loin cutlet 1,450 yen, and also value lunch meals.

Deeply fried pork cutlet is made using carefully prepared domestic meat, so the delicious pork juice coming out from the light and crispy homemade breading overflows in your mouth when you ate it.
It has been 36 years since the shop opened. It is a cozy pork cutlet shop owned by a family. 
The style where the owner continues to make it sincerely putting in a lot of time and effort, has been inherited by the second generation.
There are many repeaters with such an unchanging taste, and the reasonable price is also a good point.

[Katsuju 900 yen]
A simple Katsuju with fluffy eggs tastes always good. 
The rice that is specially blended by an acquaintance of a rice-meister is also delicious. Fillet bowl is 1,000 yen.
Mr. and Mrs. Kitahara, a husband who has the artisan spirit and his wife who is very helpful. 
Their son in the second generation who inherits the skill and taste.
Even if they don't talk too much, the teamwork is wonderful.
A long, narrow shop has counter seats, table seats and a small tatami room in the back.

Seiniku Tanaka

[Pork loin cutlet set meal 1,050 yen]
Tonkatsu made from high-quality domestic pork can be enjoyed with a refreshing and light crispy texture with custom-made raw bread crumbs and salad oil.
Served with sesame seeds and an original blend sauce.
Other set meals include special loin cutlet 1,350 yen, a bite-sized pork fillet cutlet 1,150 yen, chicken cutlet 950 yen, and grilled pork with ginger 1,000 yen.

Leave the meat to us. Tonkatsu of a butcher rooted in the local area

It's been 65 years since the owner started a butcher shop in a local supermarket. Now it's 14 years as a butcher with a restaurant.
There is no doubt that his judge of the meat is reliable. The classic pork cutlet using custom-made raw bread crumbs is deeply fried in salad oil, and you can enjoy the crispy texture of the breading and the original taste of the meat.
As takeaway, you can order side potato salad or Wagu beef tataki, if you like it after eating in the shop as well as freshly-fried items.

[Wagyu beef tataki (with secret sauce) small (1 serving) 500 yen]
We use high quality Wagyu beef mainly from Tochigi. The marbled condition is beautiful and soft to the taste. The secret sauce enhances the taste of the meat.
Medium (2 servings) 1,000 yen, large (3-4 servings) 2,000 yen, etc.
In addition, Wagyu beef tataki bowl (with miso soup and pickles) is 1,150 yen.
They have various parts of raw meat for takeout .
A wide range of side dishes are available, from standard handmade ones to daily items.
At the butcher, you can order slice or minced chunks of meat as you like.
Only a private shop enables you to buy it with keeping fresh.
You can choose between table seats and tatami mat seats.
There is also a full menu of izakaya on the wall for the night, such as gyoza, loin ham, and stewed beef tendon.
