Adachikugurumetokushu

This year's booming pistachio cake added sour taste of cherry and raspberry, Mont Blanc using plenty of Japanese chestnuts, and vivid color cake with cassis, vanilla and raspberry. They please both your eyes and tongue.

Friendly sweets presented by a first-class pastry chef

The famous confectionery shop in Adachi was opened in 2014 by Chef patisserie Kitanishi who has trained himself in France, the home of sweets and at famous hotels in Tokyo.
Mr. Kitanishi who has won domestic and international contests, has a belief in sweets with a lovely design and a gentle taste.
The sweets made by the chef are loved by a wide range of generations from children to the elderly.
As new items this winter, a Christmas tree-like cake "Noel" (3 types) and a tartlet full of seasonal strawberries debut.
Be sure to taste this too.

A cute new item with a foodie mouse on top of a cheesecake.
Cream cheese, fromage blanc, mascarpone cheese mousse 
added blueberry mousse, and blueberry jelly as a accented flavor. It has a playful sense of humor.

Besides fresh sweets in the showcase, there are also baked goodies and chocolates in the shop.
During the season, you can eat special shaved ice and delicious parfaits in the shop.

The shop name means "dream life".

Waguri Mont Blanc, which uses plenty of Waguri, is limited to autumn and winter.
The container of Fruit pudding changes depending on the season.
There are 40 to 50 kinds of fresh cakes and 50 to 60 kinds of baked goodies and chocolate sweets.
A wide variety of sweets look so beautiful, so it's also fun to hesitate what to choose.

A sweet space full of seasonal items and pleasure of choice

The shop has been 17 years since it moved to Adachi after starting business in Hachioji.
The triangular shaped roof is the characteristic of the Western-style building, creating a romantic atmosphere. The site is surrounded by greenery such as trees and flowers, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Western-style confectionery uses high-quality domestic ingredients and is homemade by craftsmen with great care.
With a sense of the season, limited cakes made with plenty of seasonal fruits such as white peaches, melons, pears, and persimmons are inevitably sold out.
Fruits are bought directly from wholesalers in Toyosu, so the prices are reasonable.

A fluffy and light mouthfeel as if you can eat a whole cake at once.

They are often sold out by the early afternoon.

A solitary Western-style building. You can see how to make cakes at the workplace next to the shop.
There is also a separate workplace only for baked sweets in the back of the shop.
The parking lot is large and easy to visit from afar.

The roll cake made as a sweet rooted in the area has a fun name that combines Gotanno and Go-tannou (proficiency).
The moist and soft texture and elegant sweetness are popular.
Enjoy the goodness of carefully selected materials that do not use additives.

Delicious sweets and the smile of the owner couple loved by the locals

It has been 12 years since the shop opened. A cake shop in a town run by a couple.
Good smell of baked sweets in the air invites you to enter the shop, and you will see a bright smile of Mrs. Yoko Sato welcoming you.
Handmade pop is also lovely, and it has a homely atmosphere that even small children can enjoy.
The shop is particular about fresh baked confectionery that is baked each time, said Mr. Yutaka, the owner pastry chef.

Most of the cakes are standard, but you can't miss the cake made from seasonal ingredients.
Crumble tart with plenty of chestnuts, which uses chestnuts with astringent skin in luxury, is a seasonal item that regular customers urge "When will it be sold?" in early autumn.

It is pleasant to see school children looking through the window on their way home from school as the shop stands facing the school road.

A special pudding made by Boo, who is in charge of sweets. A happy time when you toss pudding and ice cream in plenty of caramel sauce and gradually lose shape.
The texture of the hard-baked pudding seems to be addictive.

Renovation café in the art space

BUoY has various art spaces such as an atelier, a gallery, and a theater keeping the building which was a former bowling alley on the second floor and a public bath on the basement as it is. 
Half of the second floor is a café and it becomes popular with not only people who are sensitive to art but also café lovers.
Simple but stylish sweets and the unique café menu attract you.
There are "Read out coffee" of original recipe with the title of "My behavior is not worse than this" which looks like the title of a short story.
Please enjoy the café time full of poetic sentiment.

One of the pleasures is the seasonal special cake that changes every time you visit.
The slightly mature taste of purple potatoes melts into the sweet and sour cheesecake, and it goes well with coffee.

Japanese sweets made by wrapping matcha cream and bean paste in brown sugar dorayaki skin specially made by Kitasenju's long-established Japanese confectionery shop "Kitaya".
Be sure to taste the gentle sweetness of natural millet sugar with Japanese tea.
Besides, "Umedora", which is a combination of plum and cream cheese,
There is also "Chidora", which is a combination of cream cheese cream and apple sauce.

A Japanese tea cafe in the back alley where you can experience Japanese culture

The old house with a history of 90 years was rebuilt and reborn as a Japanese café in 2020, and it is getting attention as a little-known spot in Kita-Senju.
In the café, you can enjoy carefully selected Japanese tea with aromas and umami, as well as Japanese sweets made with brown sugar dorayaki skin specially bought from a local Japanese sweets shop.
Ms. Yonemoto, the representative who is also a calligraphy instructor, opened the café with the desire to tell the younger generation about Japanese culture, and events such as Japanese culture experience and concerts are also held in the shop.

As the name suggests, Terakoya also holds courses related to Japanese culture.

NY Cheesecake is a signature dessert from the opening, created by a confectionery teacher who is a classmate of the owner.
New items of sweets will release after December. There are food menus such as hot dogs.

Nostalgic and new fashionable cafe

Reopened in September 2021.
A local construction company renovated an old house, turning the second floor into an office and the first floor into a cafe.
You can enjoy different atmospheres depending on where you sit in the deep shop, which utilizes the structure of the house as it is.
All sweets are homemade. They are particular about tableware, and have a lineup of menus that match the atmosphere of the café, such as melon soda and classic pudding.
While seeing the polite work of the Israeli chef Shari and the staff, having a little conversation is one of the fun.

As the name suggests, the melting pudding is a perfect balance of 
melting softness and bitter caramel sauce.
Each of the two kinds of muffins has a unique taste.
The original blend coffee made from carefully selected beans

Creating a café with the theme of "copper x wood x flowers". Dried flowers (for sale) that hang all over the ceiling create a nostalgic and slightly romantic atmosphere.

The bright space beside the shop entrance has a pop taste in the interior,
and counters and table seats are in the raised space.
