This coffee shop specializes in East Timor and opened in 2021. It started as a small takeout-only coffee stand and was renovated in 2024. In addition to table seating, counter seating, and sofa seating, it also has a space where you can spend time with your dog. It has the flexibility to let anyone spend their time however they like, and is always bustling no matter when you visit.
They visit local coffee farms and purchase beans directly from the producers, roasting them in-house in their own roaster.In addition to a wide variety of coffee drinks, East Timorese herbal tea is also a hidden favorite.
Served in a bright red bowl, the pudding is a nostalgic, firm type. Cream cheese is added to the pudding mixture to create a rich flavor, and the fragrant and bitter caramel flavor blends beautifully in the mouth. It doesn't crumble when you put a spoon in it, and every bite leaves a plump, rich flavor that inspires a sense of euphoria. This is a classic-style pudding. It's no wonder it sells out so quickly.

The dish is served in red, inspired by the East Timorese flag, as are the cups and saucers. Rosemary is garnished on top of the cream.

You can also add an espresso shot (+150 yen) or change milk to soy milk (+110 yen).

Brunch & Coffee Grande Cafe (Brunch & Coffee Grande Cafe)
The cafe's manager, Akihiko Suzuki, is originally from Adachi Ward. Utilizing his career at a major coffee shop in Tokyo, he plans to open a cafe in the summer of 2025 where customers can enjoy specialty coffee roasted in-house. Another plus is the wide variety of espresso drinks and lattes, as well as the wide selection of toppings.
The pudding served at the cafe is the specialty "Nikko Kinno Tamago Pudding" from the adjacent sister shop "Western Confectionery Shop Grand Fleur." The "ultimately smooth pudding" melts right out of the jar the moment you put a spoon in it, and once you try it, you'll never forget how delicious it is, making you want to tell everyone about it.
The Spanish custard dessert "Catalana" is a cafe-exclusive dessert that is caramelized after an order is placed, and when it arrives, a sweet and mellow aroma fills the air. This is a rare place where you can fully enjoy the pairing of this special dessert that can only be enjoyed at a cafe with barista-prepared coffee.

This specialty dish is made using only the yolks of Nikko Kinno Tamago, a brand of egg produced in Tochigi Prefecture. After repeated trial and error in pursuit of a satisfying taste, it is the ultimate recipe.

There are four kinds of sweets available exclusively at the cafe, created under the supervision of the chef of the Western confectionery shop Grand Fleur. They are only available for dine-in.

Ogiso cafe
Classic Pudding is the signature dessert at this cafe, which is housed in a renovated old Japanese house. Served in a stainless steel cup with a stem on a retro glass tray, the pudding is a photogenic sight that complements the nostalgic atmosphere of the shop.
The recipe was created by a pastry teacher who has a connection with the owner, and the texture is a hybrid that combines the best of firm and creamy puddings. The pudding liquid contains granulated sugar and a hint of mirin, giving it a mellow and gentle sweetness. The toppings include fresh cream, espresso powder, and a bittersweet caramel sauce, giving it an adult flavor.
There is also a wide selection of food, including weekly changing curry, pasta, doria, and more, all made by chef Shari. This cafe will satisfy everyone, from those looking for sweets to those looking for a hearty meal.

You can also top it with vanilla ice cream (+300 yen) instead of fresh cream. Lemonade, made with luxurious fresh lemon and honey, is also available iced.

In addition to cookies made with plenty of butter, banana cake and lemon cake are also popular classics. They also offer a baked goods set that includes financiers, canelés, and more.

"Kometsuya Egg Pudding" is a white pudding made with Kometsuya eggs, just as the product name suggests. These eggs are from chickens raised on Hokkaido rice as their main feed, and are characterized by their pale yellow yolk when raw, which turns pure white when cooked. They are also known as the miracle eggs raised on Hokkaido rice.
The pudding dough is smooth and softly sweet, rich and flavorful, and takes advantage of the nutritious quality of the glossy rice eggs. The caramel at the bottom of the jar has a gentle taste with minimal bitterness, making it easy to eat and light and delicious.
