Milk bread specialty shop Milk (Gyunyu Shokupan Senmonten Milk)

Adachikugurumetokushu
[Tokyo Milk Bread (1.5 loaves) 864 yen] The swirl that appears on the side is evidence that 100% milk is used. Besides the original milk procured from Yamanashi, domestic butter, fresh cream, condensed milk, and honey are kneaded into it for a sweet taste. It is delicious as it is cut into thick pieces or toasted.

Rich bread and sweets made by milk shop

The shop was renovated to change from a milk shop to a bread specialty shop in January this year.
If milk shop is going to make bread, we should carefully select ingredients.
We offer 3 types of rich flavors at a reasonable price. Bread is made by baking dough that is kneaded with 100% milk not using water and margarine.
Its taste attracts many customers repeatedly. The shop is crowed with many locals on weekdays and people from a distance on weekends.
Some customers come from Osaka! Sweets made by milk shop, such as rusks, soft serve ice cream, and pudding are also popular.

Take a break with homemade crepes and galettes

The crepe and buckwheat galette specialty shop run by a daughter and her mother.
The owner chef bakes crepes and galettes with all her heart every day.
The eggs used in the crepe dough and pudding are carefully selected by visiting various poultry farms.
The yellow color of the yolk is darker than that of a normal egg, which is the point of the good taste.
The owner would like to serve cutomers with handmade cooking which she wants to serve to her families. She carefully selects ingredients other than eggs.
It is reliable to be offered handmade cooking. Why not bring back the food you cannot get enough of eating every day?

Adachikugurumetokushu

 CoroCoro Cafe (Korokoro Cafe)

Adachikugurumetokushu
[Cannoli (Sicilian lemon / blueberry cassis) 350 yen (right), apple pie 450 yen (left), Sfogliatella 500 yen (back)] Each cream is filled after the order is placed so that a crispy dough can be eaten. Cannoli can be selected from seasonal creams. Apple pie Sfogliatella uses soy milk cheese cream with a gentle sour taste.

Authentic Italian Dolce that you can enjoy in Senju

Every Dolce in the shop is crispy and has plenty of filling, such as the shop original Cannoli, the traditional pie crust sweet from Sicily in Southern Italy and Sfogliatella with apricot cream.
Based on the idea that freshly baked items can be served to customers, sometimes the owner bakes them in the oven three times a day.
It opened in February this year. The unusual shop name CoroCoro, which reflects the sound of roll over, is derived from the thought of the owner who would like to provide various seasonal items all year around.
Besides Dolce, you can pre-order pizza and focaccia, and also enjoy authentic drinks such as the espresso shake that is served in the same way as in Italy.

Adachikugurumetokushu
