[Dozeu Yanagawa 1,300 yen]
Yanagawa is a loach pot dish, large-sized loaches that are slit open and shaved burdock root are simmered together and then bound with eggs.
A good combination, recommended for those who have never eat a loach before.
Maru-ni 1,200 yen, which is simmered with small-sized loaches and shaved burdock root, Dozeu-nabe 1,300 yen, which is that Maru-ni is bound with eggs, and fried chicken and grilled eel etc.

The real power of loach dishes that have been loved by Edokko

Until 50 to 60 years ago, there were swamps and ponds around here, and the loach was well caught, the current owner of the restaurant kept for generations heard from his father.
Loach dishes were very common home-cooked dishes.
Loach, which has a bittersweet taste with a rich flavor, is now a valuable ingredient, but its nutritional value is comparable to that of eel.

Adachikugurumetokushu
Before the war, the grandfather of the owner ran a restaurant in Senju, and about 70 years have passed since he moved here after the war.
The first owner was his grandmother and his aunt and his father succeeded to the business respectively, and now he took over it. As it is located very near Nishiarai Daishi temple, it is crowded with regular customers on the day of the Kobo-Daishi festival called Odaishi-sama held on the 21st of every month.

A lot of seasonal side dishes cooked carefully one by one in the in-store kitchen are packed little by little.
Rice with sea bream, Yuba and Fu-bun rolled with bamboo leaf are packed regularly.

A chic exterior house located along the shopping street near the east exit of Kita-Senju Station.
The covid-19 pandemic brought us to sale lunch boxes in front of the restaurant.

Mr. Sugawara, the owner of the restaurant, who has been involved in the seafood wholesale business for over 30 years at Adachi market, opened this izakaya to offer delicious fish.
His son who has trained in the butcher wholesale business for 10 years, is working together to flourish the bar. 
There is a wide variety of dishes.
Plenty of volume while using high-quality materials that arrive by a special route.
The owner who has much consideration for the customers, can adjust the taste while watching them.
