The riverbed at the venue has become muddy and filled with puddles over a wide area, limiting the number of places where you can sit on a seat and watch the event.
When coming to the venue, please wear rain boots, bring a raincoat, and be careful.

Please note that as the venue is on the riverbank, it may be colder than in the city.
Please take care to protect yourself from the cold.
