Host family recruitment for Belmont City Student Delegation

As part of our sister city exchange, a student delegation from our sister city, Belmont (Australia), will be visiting Japan in January 2026.
We are looking for host families to host the student delegation during the following period.

Belmont City Student Delegation Stay Schedule

January 13th (Tuesday) to January 20th (Tuesday), 2020

Application requirements

・Be able to communicate in English (at a level of daily conversation)
・All family members in the household must agree to accept the student
・Meals can be provided for students according to the schedule (Appendix 1) (including accommodating food allergies, religious considerations, vegetarianism, etc.)
- Rooms can be provided for students
・Be able to pick up and drop off the student at the designated time and location as planned (Attachment 1)
・Ability to attend the pre-briefing session (scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025)
・Being able to spend free time together during your stay in Japan
・Be able to participate in both welcome party and farewell party
- You agree that any photographs taken during this project may be published on the websites, social media, reports, and recruitment brochures of Adachi Ward (including the Association) and Belmont City.
