The Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, or send fax or a double postal card toKuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which state clearly Address, name, furigana, age, grade, telephone number, fax number, and your desired date and time (up to 2nd choice) , and write "Night Biotope - Night Nature Observation Event". You cannot apply by phone.
