[How to apply] At the Ayase Seiryu-kan in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park or, send fax or a double postal card toKuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which state clearly All those who wish to participate (including guardians)Please apply by clearly stating the following: ① Address, ② Name (with phonetic spelling), ③ Age/Grade, ④ Telephone/Fax number, ⑤ Preferred time (up to two choices), and "I would like to participate in 'Catch and Observe! Making a Creature Encyclopedia ~Summer Edition~'". (If using a return postcard, please clearly write the recipient's name on the return side.)
