Alternatively, please fax or send a double postal card to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which you write clearly the address, name (Furigana), age (grade), telephone number, fax number of all applicants and wish to participate in Making a lamp with Gama leaves. * You cannot apply by phone.
