Call for participants for the 2026 student delegation to our sister city, Belmont

We are looking for participants to participate in a student delegation to our sister city, Belmont.

*Application period: March 25th (Wednesday) to April 16th (Thursday), 2020

There are two types of recruitment slots: the "General Slot" and the "Adachi Future Support Slot" which utilizes the Adachi Children's Future Support Fund Appropriation Project. The "Adachi Future Support Slot" is exempt from all travel expenses required for the tour, including travel expenses.

Schedule	令和８年７月２９日（水）から８月６日（木）までの８泊９日（ホームステイ６泊、ホテル１泊、機中１泊）
Planned airline company	Singapore Airlines (SQ)
Recruitment target	足立区内在住の中学生、高校生（令和８年４月時点）
Recruitment personnel	16 people (including a maximum of 5 people in the "Adachi Mirai Support Slot")
Tour conductor	One person will accompany you.

Selection method	First selection: Document screening based on essay Second selection: Interview for those who pass the first selection (questions in Japanese and English)
Application submission deadline	令和８年４月１６日（木） ※郵送の場合は当日消印有効、窓口提出の場合は午後５時必着 * After the application deadline, the selection process will be completed and applicants who pass the first round will be decided (the results will be announced in early May).
Travel fee	<General Category> ９万５千円（実際の旅行代金総額との差額は協会が負担する） <Adachi Mirai Support Slot> 渡航費等ツアーに要する旅行代金（総額９万５千円予定）は全額免除 ※上記代金には航空運賃、空港税、ホテル代金（1日目）、移動費のみ含まれます。パスポート取得費用（１万２千円程度）、ビザ取得費用（３千円程度）、海外旅行保険、渡航準備にかかる費用（必要物品の購入）、お小遣いなどの個人的な費用は含まれません。
Others	・５月２３日（土）、２４日（日）に予定している二次選考（一次選考通過者のみ）につきましては、体育祭や修学旅行などの学校行事と重なった場合、可能な限り日程を調整させていただきます。 ・An Australian entry visa (ETA) is required and each person will be responsible for applying for it themselves. HIS Co., Ltd. will explain how to do this.
