Refunds for paid seats at the 47th Adachi Fireworks Festival

Due to strong winds, the 47th Adachi Fireworks event was forced to be canceled on the day, and we sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to it.

Refunds for paid seats will be made as follows:

 

Refunds for those who have lost their tickets

Starting Tuesday, July 1, 2025, we will begin refund procedures for those who have lost their tickets.

*Please note that refunds will not be possible after the refund period has passed. Please complete the procedure as soon as possible.

Refund Period (for ticket holders)

令和7年６月３日（火）１０：００から令和7年６月３０日（月）２２：００まで

Refunds will be made at the store where you purchased and picked up your ticket, so please bring your ticket within the refund period mentioned above and have the barcode on the ticket scanned at the store where you purchased and picked up your ticket.

Please note that tickets from which the stub has been removed will also be eligible for a refund.

Points to note when purchasing paid seat tickets

1. Fees will be charged separately in addition to the amounts shown in the table.

2. There is a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.

3. Purchasers cannot choose the location of seats, sections or areas.

4. The locations of seats, sections and areas will not be announced in advance. Please check the ticket.

5. Infants (children who cannot walk alone) may enter free of charge as long as they sit on a guardian's lap.
For other children, please purchase a seat ticket.

6. You may be asked to leave if you cause inconvenience to other customers, such as by sitting in the aisles or other places other than the designated seats, or standing.

7. Resale of paid spectator seats for profit is not permitted.

8. The event will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.

9. Refunds will be made only if the fireworks are canceled (excluding fees, etc.).

10. If the fireworks are cancelled after they have begun, no refunds will be given.

11. No refunds will be given for any reason except in the event of the fireworks being cancelled.

12 Please check the route to the venue in advance.

13 Please refrain from crossing the bridge on the day as it will be difficult to travel across it.

14 Please arrive at the venue early.

15 As the launch time approaches, it gets very crowded.
