「第47回足立の花火」有料観覧席の払い戻しについて

　強風の影響により、やむを得ず当日中止となりました「第47回 足立の花火」について、楽しみにしてくださった皆様には誠に申し訳ございません。

　有料観覧席の払い戻しを下記により行います。

 

チケットを紛失された方の払い戻しについて

令和７年７月１日（火）より、チケットを紛失された方の払い戻し手続きを開始いたします。

チケットを紛失された方は、令和７年７月２１日（月）までに、下記の［CNプレイガイド］払い戻しに関するお問い合わせ（問い合わせフォーム）へお問い合わせください。

※　払い戻し期間を過ぎますと、返金はできかねますのでご注意ください。お早めにお手続きをお願いいたします。

・千住側招待券

・千住側協会観覧場所入場券

・西新井側協会観覧場所入場券

・ふるさと納税者入場券

払い戻し期間（チケットをお持ちの方）

令和7年６月３日（火）１０：００から令和7年６月３０日（月）２２：００まで

　ご購入・お引取された店舗にて払い戻しをいたしますので、上記払い戻し期間内にチケットをお持ちの上、ご購入・お引き取りされた店舗にて、券面バーコードの読み取りをしてもらってください。

　なお、半券を切り取られた本券も払い戻しの対象となります。

Points to note when purchasing paid seat tickets

1. Fees will be charged separately in addition to the amounts shown in the table.

2. There is a limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.

3. Purchasers cannot choose the location of seats, sections or areas.

4. The locations of seats, sections and areas will not be announced in advance. Please check the ticket.

5. Infants (children who cannot walk alone) may enter free of charge as long as they sit on a guardian's lap.
For other children, please purchase a seat ticket.

6. You may be asked to leave if you cause inconvenience to other customers, such as by sitting in the aisles or other places other than the designated seats, or standing.

7. Resale of paid spectator seats for profit is not permitted.

8. The event will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.

9. Refunds will be made only if the fireworks are canceled (excluding fees, etc.).

10. If the fireworks are cancelled after they have begun, no refunds will be given.

11. No refunds will be given for any reason except in the event of the fireworks being cancelled.

12 Please check the route to the venue in advance.

13 Please refrain from crossing the bridge on the day as it will be difficult to travel across it.

14 Please arrive at the venue early.

15 As the launch time approaches, it gets very crowded.
