Adachi Ward Citizens' Festival "A-Festa 2026"

We will be holding the Adachi Ward Residents' Festival "A-Festa 2026" again this year!
This is a fascinating event that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, including an experience zone where parents and children can play together, a product exhibition, and a stamp rally.
Be sure to enjoy the stage shows featuring dancing and drumming, as well as the Riverside Bazaar where you can eat freshly fried chicken and yakitori.

1. Please enter from the first floor of Adachi Ward Lifelong Learning Center "Manabi Pier 21" (5-13-5 Senju, Adachi Ward).
2. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. You can access the slope down to the riverbed.
3. Rainbow Plaza is the venue.

Opening Ceremony

An opening ceremony will be held in the stage zone.
"A-Festa 2026" kicked off with an opening declaration by children from the ward!
Look forward to the ball toss event where you can win local specialties from our friendly municipalities!

Event content

Chapun's Great Adventure

Find the 10 "Chapun Family" tents around the venue and collect stamps!
Collect all the stamps and get the completion prize! There is also a chance to win prizes through a lottery.

*Stamp cards will be distributed until 2:50 PM on Sunday, the 11th.
*The event will end as soon as the completion prizes and lottery prizes run out.

4 experience zones

There will be a product exhibition with a wide selection of products and many booths where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes.
The Adachi Disaster Prevention Expo offers a fun way to learn about disaster prevention, the Adachi Environmental Festival teaches about environmentally friendly behavior, and the Adachi International Exchange Fair is being held for the first time this year. There are a wide variety of activities to enjoy, including a mini steam locomotive that is very popular with children, bouncy trampolines, and a raffle featuring friendship municipalities!
*The prizes for the Friendship Municipality Lottery and the equipment related to its operation are provided through subsidies to the Special Wards Nationwide Collaboration Project as part of the project.

A stage show will be held by amateur groups active in the ward!
Come enjoy a variety of performances, including taiko drumming and hip-hop dance!
Furthermore, Kiso Sanchu will appear as the host, livening up the venue with his light-hearted talk.

Regarding the cancellation criteria for the Adachi Citizens' Festival

(1) If a weather warning for heavy rain, flooding, or strong winds is in effect on the morning of the event, all events on that day will be canceled.

(2) If the above weather warning is issued during the event, all events will be immediately canceled.

(3) Regardless of whether the above weather warnings are issued or not, all events will be canceled in the following cases:

A. When there is a risk of tents or other venue facilities collapsing due to strong winds

(b) When it is difficult to set up tents due to poor ground conditions caused by rain.

C) When poor ground conditions caused by rain hinder the restoration of venue facilities to their original state.

D) When the use of the riverbed is dangerous due to rising river water levels.

E) Any other cases where there are problems with ensuring the safety of visitors.

(4) Some events may be canceled or postponed due to rain, wind, etc.
