An Indian/Asian restaurant that has been in business for over 10 years along Kannana Dori near Kameari Station. The signature dish, Indian curry, is surprisingly varied.
You can choose from 9 types of curry for lunch and over 30 types for dinner. With 8 types of naan and 4 types of biryani, you'll be spoilt for choice. In addition to curry, they also offer a full range of Asian dishes, mainly from India and Nepal, such as samosas and chicken tikka. The spiciness of the curry ranges from mild to very spicy, with levels 1-50 available for dinner, which is a nice touch. They also offer a party course in the evening, so they are often used for banquets.
"It may be a little intimidating to enter, but once you do, it's a great place," says Assis, a staff member from Nepal. Assis' father is in the kitchen, and most of the restaurant's staff are from Nepal. The lively atmosphere and fun conversations with customers are also appealing.
