The shop was opened in March 2018 by the owner who has honed his skills in the world of Japanese food. The soup, which does not use chemical seasonings and has a well-balanced combination of animal-based and seafood-based soup stock, has a Japanese taste and has a strong umami and gentle taste. The three types of char siu, which change regularly, have different meats, and you can enjoy different tastes and have enough to eat.
