[Adachi Beer (Pilsner/IPA)] The Pilsner (left) uses Mosaic hops, which have a fruity aroma, and has a refreshing taste. The IPA uses three types of hops, and has a punchy, deep flavor. 
Currently, there are five types of bottles, including the four shown in the photo and a dark porter beer. They plan to add one more type in the future, so look forward to it. 
The brewery also does bottling. Although the process is simple, it must be done carefully to avoid contact with oxygen. 
The brewery is located in a corner of a residential area. Look for the "Adachi Beer" flag and logo.
A new beer brewery has opened in Adachi Ward! Sales began in February 2024. The brand is called "Adachi Beer." Currently, in addition to direct sales at the brewery, you can purchase it at liquor stores in the ward or drink it at restaurants. Although it is a small brewery, all processes from malt saccharification to fermentation, storage, and bottling are carried out in-house, and it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to finish the beer. By using different methods, such as temperature control and the balance of malt and hops, they brew five types of beer: Pilsner, Pale Ale, IPA, Weizen, and Porter. Thanks to the strict quality control of brewmaster Miyahara, all of the beers are sure to impress beer lovers. Be sure to be one of the first to try this popular craft beer that bears the name "Adachi"!
