You can apply directly at the window of Ayasegawa Seiryukan building in Kuwabukuro Biotope Park. Alternatively, fax or send a double postal card to Kuwabukuro Biotope Park, in which you write clearly the address, name (Furigana), age (grade), telephone number, fax number of all applicants and preferred time (up to the second choice) and wish to participate in Play with your family! Fallen leaves. * You cannot apply by phone.
